LCE BioEnergy LLC initiates biomass to DME project

BLUEFUELENERGY.COM: It is encouraging to note that efforts are being made in the US to produce low-carbon DME through the gasification of biomass. Located in Lackawanna, New York, just south of Buffalo in the northwestern corner of the state, LCE BioEnergy will use DME technology from JFE Holdings in Japan and consult with stalwarts of the DME field such as Dr. Theo Flesch (IDA) and Jim McCandless (Alternative Fuel Technology).
